What is Crypto Shopper?
Crypto Shopper is the first personal-shopper DApp that helps crypto users to buy or book real world assets like properties, cars, yachts, fine art, rare watches, gold, and premium experiences with cryptocurrency.
How does Crypto Shopper work?
All orders are custom requests. You have something in mind to acquire? Simply place an order through our Telegram App, and a personal shopper will acquire the item directly from the manufacturer or dealer for you.
How do I know my item is authentic?
We only source from the direct manufacturers or authorised dealers. Each item we acquire for you comes with the original authenticity certificate or receipt, and can be verified, refunded or exchanged via any of the brand outlets globally (subject to each brand’s policy).
Why should I use Crypto Shopper instead of buying directly?
Most brands do not accept crypto, and most crypto marketplaces are not built to accommodate personal requests. Crypto Shopper eliminates that frustration by facilitating personal or custom requests and acquiring the items directly from authorized dealers.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Delivery time depends on the item. Generally rentals or bookings are done within a few minutes to hours. While purchase of assets like properties, cars, gold and rare watches may take slightly longer based on availability and authentication processes.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We currently accept: Bitcoin (BTC) Ethereum (ETH) and USDT across several chains. More options may be added based on demand.
How does the payment process work?
A refundable $200 commitment fee is required for all our orders. This is due to the increased amount of scam orders we’ve been receiving lately. After you approve the sourced item, you’ll receive the total quote plus the fee rate you chose, along with a list of payment options (wallet addresses are unique for each order). The order will be left pending until we receive your payment via your chosen option.
How do I know I’m paying the actual price?
Receipts. Every purchase comes with the original receipt from the dealer and you can always avail it in the case of refunds or exchanges. No price hikes, we charge our service fee separately.
What if crypto prices fluctuate during my purchase?
To protect you from volatility, we lock in the crypto-to-fiat rate at the time of transaction. You won’t be affected by market changes after your payment.
Can I acquire any physical asset in any country with Crypto Shopper?
Yes and No. We currently operate from the UAE only. While we can help you acquire any luxury item within the UAE and ship to anywhere in the world, we cannot buy outside of the UAE due to the physical authentication and verifications needed for these assets. Stay connected for future locations.
Do I need to go through KYC?
For most transactions, KYC is not required. For high-value purchases that provide ownership documents (e.g. properties, cars, yachts), we follow standard compliance required by the UAE government.
What if I already found what I want, can Crypto Shopper help me to acquire it?
Absolutely yes. If you already found an item but need help verifying it and facilitating payment, you can place a custom order and Crypto Shopper will handle it.
What happens if I need a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis (based on manufacturer or brand’s policy). In most cases, refunds are issued in the fiat value that was paid for the item. This is why we attached original receipts to each purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently source luxury items only in the UAE, but we deliver worldwide through trusted logistics partners.
No. There are zero hidden fees. Our fee structure is transparent and you can choose a fee level based on your urgency priority. The total quote you’ll receive will include the item price, our fee, and shipping costs.
What is Crypto Shopper's fee?
We charge a standard industry fee of 5-20% for our services. Fee is solely based on the urgency of the request and not on the value nor difficulty in acquiring the item. Note: $200 commitment fee is required for first-time orders (deductible from service fees).
How do I get started?
Simply visit the Crypto Shopper Telegram App and place an order. You’ll be immediately connected to a dedicated personal shopper that will manage your request from sourcing to delivery.
